Refund policy

All sales are final. 

Because each item in my shop is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if the item arrived damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Once reviewed, I can offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • I cannot issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect address, or normal wear and tear.
  • Custom orders are also final sale.
